Deliveries outwith the UK may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. You may be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.

European Delivery Charges & Fees

Deliveries to Europe are being shipped directly by us via FedEx on a duties unpaid service. Please read the following notes to understand if your order may be liable for local VAT and potential import duties. These are not controlled by us. Payment for said local VAT and import duties will be requested, if eligible, by the delivery agent on behalf of the local tax body and will require payment prior to the completion of the delivery.

Following Brexit, orders being purchased and shipped to European countries are now processed excluding the 20% UK VAT. However, dependent on purchase value, your order will subject to a tiered charging system for local VAT, import duties and delivery handling charges.

Calculating your order value

For the purposes of the local VAT and import duties calculation, the EU define the total order value as the sum of:

1. The cost of the items purchased.

2. The fee charged by the courier company (approximately £15), not the delivery charge you pay with your order.

3. The sum 1 + 2 will then be converted from GBP to Euro. The currency conversion rate is defined by the EU customs clearance house.

Calculating your import VAT + duties based on order value

Orders will incur a local rate VAT charge (based on the location of the customs clearance house) and a delivery agent handling fee.
