Overseas Shipping, Delivery and Returns



Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We use a courier, next working day delivery service, for all Product unless you have  selected  the Royal Mail option at the checkout on the Website. We will endeavour, to despatch Products immediately  on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any Product that you order is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as practicable to let you know. If delay in despatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the Product has not been despatched, cancel your order and we will refund all sums paid by you.

A delivery pre-advice text or e mail is sent to you, on the day of delivery, giving you details of a one hour delivery window. The text or e-mail message allows you to re-organise delivery to another day if this is preferred

You will be given the option, at the checkout stage on our Website, to specify an alternative delivery address if required.

European Overseas - all orders over 200 are FREE but the above delivery charges will apply to any exchange or replacement orders unless the Product originally ordered was faulty or not as described.

Deliveries outwith the EU may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the Parcel will be released for delivery. You may require to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country,you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.

You are welcome to order any items from our extensive range. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please return the goods to us.  

We offer 28 days unconditional approval on any Product purchased from our website. The full price of the Product will be refunded for any unsoiled Products returned to us, in an unused condition, and with the original packaging, within 28 days of receiving the Product or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any Product.  The 28 days unconditional approval does not affect your statutory right to cancel.

Refunds will only be made when the returned Product has been received by us. Payment will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation if the Product has been returned to us by then. You require to prepay return postage or carriage costs  and  these will not be reimbursed.

On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who paid for the Product. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on despatch of the replacement Product. 

Unless faulty or not as described, we will not refund or offer an exchange on made-to-measure products 

Please remember to also enclose the Returns Slip that comes with your purchase and use the label provided to return your goods to us.

Goods Damaged In Transit

In the event of a Product being damaged on receipt it should be returned for our inspection immediately. 

Under no circumstances must a Product be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted it in its damaged condition. Before a replacement Product or refund can be issued, the Product must be returned for our inspection since the Product may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. 

All Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for valid damage claims.
