Delivery

Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We use a courier, next working day delivery service, for all product unless you have selected the Royal Mail option at the checkout on the Website. We will endeavour, to despatch products immediately  on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any product that you order is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as practicable to let you know. If delay in despatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the product has not been despatched, cancel your order and we will refund all sums paid by you.

A delivery pre-advice text or e mail is sent to you the day the item is despatched. A second notification, on the day of delivery is then sent giving you details of your 1 hour delivery window. The text or e-mail message allows you to re-organise delivery to another day, select a safe place for your parcel to be left if this is preferred or to select a nearby Pick Up Point where you can collect from a shop close to you. Instructions can be given at our checkout for packages to be left in a specified safe place or with a neighbour if you are likely to be out when delivery is made.

UK Delivery Service Details

Requires no signature and no instructions can be given to leave the parcel in a safe place. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Requires a signature unless an instruction is given to leave the parcel in a safe place. We are unable to deliver to PO Box address.

Courier Delivery – Next working day (Monday to Friday)
Our courier service is next working day for UK, 2 days for Ireland, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands.

Click and Collect
Orders can be picked up from our shop at 46 The Square, Kelso, rather than using any of our delivery services. An email will be sent to you advising when your parcel is ready for collection. Orders placed by 1pm will normally be available for collection the following day.

Deliveries Outwith the EU

Deliveries outwith the EU may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. You may be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.

Traditionally Packaged

Great pride is taken by our staff when packing your order. All items despatched in boxes are packaged in tissue with the box wrapped in traditional brown paper and taped with luxurious A Hume Country Clothing logo'd tape. Items such as sweaters, trousers and shirts are packed in high quality bespoke A Hume Country Clothing branded cellophane bags.
